Rooms: a little small but really comfy and you can choose your memory foam pillow to your liking. Many outlets as well as included cables to charge everything. Bath was a little cramped but it did the job. Also, no dramas for keys as you just need a PIN code to enter your room which I loved. Service: English was spoken until Google Sensei was brought out for more complex questions which is normal. Onsen was nice and relaxing and the breakfast area was super chill and planned well with free actually decent drinks 🫶🏼. Location: Easily walkable from Hakata station for all JR rail trains and buses. IC card buses just outside too. Food and drinks nearby were super accessible. Low key wish I booked Super Hotel Lohas for my not so great hotels.
